First Store Opening in February/March 2005

I would like to receive a copy of the Business Plan for Novo York Pizzeria.

I acknowledge that the Business Plan contains confidential proprietary information, release of which may cause substantial financial damage to the owners of the Business Plan.

In consideration for being given an opportunity to review the Business Plan, I agree not to make any copies of any portion of the Business Plan, not to disclose the Business Plan or any of its contents to any third party, and not to make any use of the Business Plan other than to consider possibly investing in Novo York Pizzeria.

I agree to return the Business Plan and any accompanying documents to the owners of the Business Plan promptly, when I have completed my review of the plan, when I no longer have interest in considering the possibility of investing in the plan, or upon request of the owners of the plan-whichever comes first.
